“Sueños Vivos” is a Day of the dead altar for El Museo del Barrio. It is a tribute to anyone who has ever dreamed and worked hard for a better life, specifically the people that have lost their lives crossing into the United States.

The photographs are from El Colegio de la Frontera Norte archive taken by Roberto Cordova, Carla Reynosa, Norma Iglesias and Alfonso Caraveo. The ceramic work is by Fernanda Uribe (Punto Verde Ceramics)
